My Walmart has the Extended Version CE at a "rollback" price of $14.98. Good price for those who haven't picked it up yet.

WTF will MGM (now Sony) release the CEs of the other two titles in the trilogy - "For a few dollars more" and "a Fistful of dollars" ? These have been on sale in R3 (Japan, Korea etc) for ages now..theres even R2 PAL editions..yet none in the USA. Who makes these decisions ?

Now I ABSOLUTELY AM NOT looking to start any kind of rumors or anything, but in front of the GBU dvds I saw today at Walmart, was a sign that read "Last Chance To Buy". Now that, coupled with the big price drop, makes me WONDER if Sony is going to be pulling the title from shelves soon and doing some kind of re-re-release of it later on down the line along with the SEs they now own since buying MGM? Maybe even holding off on them until their pipe dream of HD-DVD takes off?
Could be just Walmart wanting to try and get rid of a title they have too many of or it could be my brain working overtime on some kind of conspiracy, either way anyone else seen anything of the sort at their Walmarts? Just curious.

Simply put SE's of "A Few Dollars More" and "Fistful of Dollars" should have already been put out in the U.S. Over in the UK, play.com has the SE's of these movies in a box set due out Oct. 3rd. Maybe they'll somehow showup stateside around the holiday season.
