SCTV Price drop at DDD
SCTV sets - all but the unreleased 4th set are nor about $35 at DDD. It shows the list price dropping $30 so it is probably a new price point everywhere sooner or later. It makes me kick myself since I bought them for much more than that.

Thanks for posting this news, SpeedyRay! All the SCTV sets have been near the top of my want-list for a long time now (my local BBVs would not honor their price mistake so I missed out on that deal). At this price, I'm all over these. Thanks again!

I was just thinking about Vol. 3 last night. I figured I'd have to pass on getting it since the prices were just far too high for a show where I only really like a few skits here and there. This news changed my mind.

My thoughts exactly! No other retailers have reduced their prices yet, so I'm wondering if it might be a pricing mistake at DDD rather than a reduction in MSRP.

Well, I'm glad I waited for the 20% sale on this one (SCTV V.03 NETWORK 90 = $28.71) but wish I had not waited on Smallville Season 4 which now costs more even with the discount than it did yesterday without it. Oh well, you win some, you lose some.
