You can check this page on TVShowsOnDVD for all the Rugrats DVD releases. I doubt full-season sets of Rugrats will come out, even for All Grown Up.

Go with decade in diapers I picked up a copy have been extemely pleased with the episode offerings and it has decent rewatch value...very reasonable pricing too.

There's a 2-pack with "Decade of Diapers" and a set titled "Mysteries." You could probably get a better deal with that route.
