Newbie DVD cover question (I searched already, but cant find it)

Ok this may be a dumb question (and I searched already), but how do I print out DVD cover arts correctly?

I know the dimensions are 3240 x 2188 pixels. When I go and try and print it out w/ Photoshop, the image is HUGE!! Print preview has it shown on Legal size paper w/ less then a 1/4 of the cover?

How do I print it our properly?? Thanks!

There's no set standard, I always make them 1520x2160@300DPI.

The most commonly used dimensions for Inserts tend to be 4.833 x 7.00” or 1450 x 2100 pixels @ 300 dpi. Forum Troll's dimensions will work just fine also, though.
