Hi guys, I'm hoping someone can ID this movie for me. Here's what I remember:

It was a comedy/kids movie in theaters sometime in the mid '70s.
It was about 3 or 4 (bumbling?) superheroes
They had some kind of remote-control buggy/car.
I think there was a scene where the good guys were weighted down on the bottom of a pool (I'm not sure about this, I could be transplanting my memory of the pool scene from "Superman")

I know its not the children's cartoon with the dune buggy. This was a live-action movie I saw in a theater, not a TV cartoon.

Thanks!

Noi, it's not Condorman. According to IMDB, Condorman was made in '81 (the movie I'm looking for was made in the mid '70s), and Condorman looks like it only has one "hero" (the movie I'm looking for has a group of 3 or 4).

You're not thinking of one of the Herbie movies, right?

Herbie Rides Again (1974)
Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo (1977)
Herbie Goes Bananas (1980)
Herbie the Matchmaker (1981)
aka "Herbie, the Love Bug" - USA
Herbie Day at Disneyland (1974) (TV)

I'm pretty sure it wasn't any of the Herbie movies.

It wasn't the TV series Wonderbug (http://www.70slivekidvid.com/wbug.htm), was it?

No, It wasn't a TV show; I saw it at the theater.

As I recall, the story really centered on the "heroes"; the car was just a gadget they could use (kind of like the James Bond BMW).

Rather than create yet another thread of this popular topic,
could it be alright if I throw in my requests here?

I've got 2. And they're drastically different.

1) This is a French anti-war film from the 30's. It has a scene where the ghosts of disfigured soldiers rise from their graves. I saw this scene on "Universal Horror", but forgot what the name of the movie was.

2) One of those T&A flicks from the 80's. A few things that I remembered from it:
-It took place mostly at a beach. Two stererotypical fat guys were always there--eating. I think they were mute.
-One scene has these two stoner surfers who disrupt a high school science class. The stoners eat the frogs that are about to be dissected and one of them drinks a bottle of acid.
I'm pretty sure that's from the same movie.
