OK, I want to know how they do that. That's some awfully teadious Photoshopping. On the other hand, it'd be very tedious and expensive to recreate the scene using green screens and/or green body suits...

each one probably takes about 30mins to an hour in photoshop depending on the resolution.
If you look close, many of the photos have backgrounds that are ideal for replacing (behind the skin)
