I'm going out for my highschool wrestling team for the first time (as a junior, :o ). Any wrestlers out there have a good pre-season training program they follow. I'm looking mostly for cardio programs so I can lose 20-25 pounds by the end of September and increase my cardiovascular endurance.
Also, any tips on how to vary the intensity so that i'm not "peaked out" all the time?
