I noticed you don't have American Werewolf in London, though it is more of a horror-comedy.

I agree with one of the earlier posters, any of the Universal Legacy Monster sets would be great! Also, how about. . .
John Carpenter's The Fog (great early 80s horror)
Seed of Chucky (if you're REALLY looking for silly)
The Grudge Unrated Edition
House of Wax (classic Vincent Price that's paired with Mystery of the Wax Museum starring Fay Wray!)
Hmm. Can't think of anything else that you don't already have.

Dude, you don't have The Blair Witch Project! You don't have Silence of the Lambs, either (although it's not really "fun" or "cheesy"...just GOOD). Assuming you just don't "get off" on blood and gore, those are two pretty scary movies.

It's a bit of a stretch to call this a horror movie, perhaps, but I just watched it again the other day and was surprised at how well it holds up (for me anyway):
Don't Look Now
Although you could call this a psychic thriller, or supernatural mystery, or romantic giallo, etc. Critics don't all praise this one, so you may want to read some (spoiler-free) reviews first.
The image quality isn't fantastic, as it has that 70s grainy, "pushed" look that I think DVDs don't reproduce all that well, but it still looks fine. You might want to pick this up if you can find it for less than $10-$12 or so.

WILD ZERO
this movie is so cool that I can hardly stand it, you should be able to get it.
Exorcist III (aka Exorcist: Legion) is a good, cheap Horror DVD that you can get for less than $10. (It's the only worthwhile Exorcist sequel currently available.)
Also recommend The Eye, a good Japanese Horror film (although I don't think it's very cheap anywhere).

I agree with Scott, May is great. I'd also recommend:
Ravenous
Ginger Snaps
Dog Soldiers
Session 9
The Devil's Backbone

Wow, eXc. That's amazing. You just named five horror movies I ALWAYS recommend to horror fans looking for something a little off the beaten path. Toss Mute Witness, Frailty, and The Descent into the mix, also.

My recommendation will be the movie: Joyride, the one starring Paul Walker, and Steve Khan. The reason for the cast specifications is that there are two movies which has the same title.
This is more of a thriller, than a horror film, but it's a very good movie. I was surprised when I first saw it. I will guarantee, you are going to like it. Extremely suspenseful from the beginning, to the end.

Basket Case
never saw it before, but always wanted to, and happened to find a copy for $10 a few days ago. Watched it last night and loved it. I'm a little annoyed though because there are 2 more movies in the series (that were shot back to back), but for some stupid reason FOX chose to release Basket Case 3 with no plans to release part 2.
so what did you get
i actually got "Audition" but that isn't what i was talking about...still looking.

what is the clamour over "Event Horizon"? i know it didn't do well when it was released, i've seen bits and pieces and it seems very average at best. but, people rave about this and can't wait for the SE...i just don't git it...

Here's another vote for Frailty -- it's a creepy little film that will stay with you for a while, in a great way. Also, if you like DVD extras, it has a good commentary and Anatomy of a Scene.
