Finding all DVD commentaries by a particular person

Here's a cool search feature that other DVD aficionados might be interested in. I was looking for an efficient way to find all DVDs that contain commentaries by a particular person. After giving up finding compiled lists on the internet, I looked into the search features at the Internet Movie Database and was pleasantly surprised. The Word Search section on the advanced search page at http://www.imdb.com/search does the trick: just type in the person's name and select the "DVD" category from the drop down list, and it returns all the movies that contain DVD commentaries or DVD supplementary material by that person.

For example, a "Word Search" for "Jodie Foster" in "DVD" returns:

I was curious, so I checked the IMDb. I'm pretty sure it's a mistake, that they accidentally put the specs for 'Contact' in, because this is what's listed:

# Audio commentary (English) by Ken Ralston and Stephen Rosenbaum

# Special effects designs

Which is the same as the listing for "Contact".

I'll try it. Two commentary participants I love are: Roger Ebert and Joe Bob Briggs
