DVD Talk review of 'Swamp Thing'
I read Scott Weinberg's DVD review of Swamp Thing at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=17262 and...
How come no mention if the added footage that was originally "R" rated and taken off shelves is there or not? I am sure many, many are wondering...

Ah, I'd totally forgotten about that. Point me towards somewhere I can find reliable information on this footage and I'll double-check it against the DVD.
Thanks for the reminder.

here's a description of nudity in the recalled "R" cut:

The first addition occurs in the infamous Adrienne Barbeau "let me take a bath in the swamp" scene. In the previous video versions, you can only see a side shot of her breast, but on the DVD there are numerous generous extra seconds of full-on breast shots. Then, later in the film, right before the Bruno's big comeuppance, there is extra footage of two dancing gypsy women taking off their clothes at the beginning of the party scene. This footage is rather sexual, unlike the more innocent bathing of Barbeau, so it seems unlikely this would have passed muster as a PG film.
