TV GUIDE's "Top 20 TV Catchphrases"
Anyone see this list yet? They list "Yada, Yada, Yada" as number one.
I hate to break it to the 20-year-olds that are obviously writing for TV GUIDE these days, but "Yada, Yada, Yada" was in the lexicon LONG before Seinfeld put it in his show. For that reason alone, it should not have made it on the list (the majority of the list is made up of phrases that were pretty much created on a TV show).

"Hey, Hey, Hey" was NOT on the list
"Let's hug it out, Bitch" IS on the list...in fact, I think it's in the top ten.
"Up your nose with a rubber hose" is another one I remember from the list (from Welcome Back Kotter). That's probably original to that show as well.

"Yada yada yada" is not a ctachphrase. A catchphrase is a phrase closely associated with a particular character. "Yada yada yada" is a punchline to a joke on a single episode of Seinfeld.

I'd say "Yada yada yada" easily meets that definition. It is in wide and popular use, and it was made so by Seinfeld. Undoubtedly, there were some groups or regions where the phrase was spoken prior to its use on Seinfeld, but I would be willing to wager that its usage has become more widespread since Seinfeld by several orders of magnitude.
Also, although the phrase may have originated on Seinfeld as a punchline to a single joke, it was used numerous times on the series after that. The local television station in my area that runs Seinfeld in syndication has a promo spot for the show that features at least a dozen occurrences of the phrase.

My vote would definitely have to go to Aunt Sassy's "I don't need to see THAT!" from Room and Bored. No doubt about it.
But seriously, I would argue that "...not that there's anything wrong with it!" is a more popular Seinfeld quote.

There should be more Seinfeld quotes on that list... but I guess they didn't want to make the whole list up of just Seinfeld ones heh.

"No soup for you" is the biggest Seinfeld catchphrase IMO. Everyone was using that phrase in the subsequent months and years.

Just saw the list, and I'm shocked "Da plane, da plane" from Fantasy Island didn't make the cut.
A few other notable omissions off the top of my head:
