Where to find the fuzzy version of Muppets Season 1?
Ok this morning I went to a Best Buy, Circuit City and Target and nobody has it in stock. I go to another Best Buy and all they have are the regular version and not the fuzzy version. I almost bought it, but then realized that I wouldn't be happy with it unless it had fuzz. Call me weird, but if future seasons are going to have fuzz then I want them all to have fuzz. Is there anywhere online where I can buy it? It's getting costly just looking for it at stores with gas at $2.50 a gallon.

I went to my local Wal-Mart on release day - nothing but non-fuzzy copies. I had to pay retail at Hastings to get a fuzzy one. At least there's a $10 rebate on it to bring it back down to a reasonable amount.

Doesn't sound like there is any real pattern...probably just going to have to keep trying every store in your area that sells DVDs till you find one.
If it's that random in the stores - I don't if I would take a chance buying it online.

I originally picked up a non fuzzy version.
I saw one at my local Target last night, and I think I'm actually going to stick with the non fuzzy case - the fuzzy case looks akward - the MS logo looks kind of badly done, and the front of the case is a little puffier.
At first I thought i was just saying that because I didn't have it. But now, after looking at one of them, and how kinda ugly it looks, I think I'm going to stick with what I've got. Doesn't affect the watching of the series at all.

There is about a page of people listing where they found it in the current Muppet thread, why the need for another?
It would also help if you list your location, or put it in your prefs. so users that might live near you could point you in the right direction, saving you gas.

I didn't know there was a non-"fuzzy" version of the set. I got mine at Meijer as well. You could check there if you have them.

I ran all over looking for the fuzzy version. Best Buy and Walmart had only the non-fuzzy cover. Circuit City didn't have any copies. I finally went to Suncoast and they had all fuzzy covers.
Does anyone know why this was released with 2 covers, other than to force the obsessive among us to buy the set the first week it was for sale for fear of not being able to find a fuzzy cover. From everything I had seen about this set the Fuzzy cover was not an option, that's how the set was being produced.

I finally found a copy at Tower Records in Annapolis, MD. I got the last one! It figures some place 5 minutes from my house has it, yet I looked at the further places first.

I just watched the first episode with the facts that pop up on the screen. Excellent quality and glad I got it even though it is minorly cut from the orginal. Hope the second season comes out in fuzzy with a different muppet. It seems to me, at least around MD that the fuzzy ones are a lot harder to find than the regular one.
