Difference btwn Azumi Director's and Theatrical cuts
Can anyone tell me what the differences are or link me to something. I tried to find some stuff on it but came out empty.

It's been a while since I've seen it, but I remember the Japanese DVD is about 15 minutes longer and the "international" version cuts quite a few scenes out, although most (or all) of them were not fight scenes.
I do remember a dream sequence being cut, as well as some comical moments. After the last big fight when the camera is showing all of the destruction, the longer version has a funny part where one of the bad guys suddenly comes out from under some of the debris looks around to make sure Azumi isn't around, and takes off running.
