Toto le Heros w/English Subs
I'm amazed there hasn't been a post about this here. This film is finally available in a Benelux version with English subtitles:

My copy showed up a couple days ago and I can confirm it has subtitles and is anamorphic. I haven't watched it yet, but the transfer looks fine from what I checked.
The extras only have Dutch subtitles, but I'm happy enough to just have the movie.

Very good news indeed. I managed to buy a Russian copy here in Chicago which however is only leterboxed and the English subs are of poor quality. I have my doubts that it is VHS-sourced.
Please let me know what is included on the second disc (and I would appreciate more detailed comments on the picture quality as well).

It looks like a port of the French disc, but with the dvd-9 split on two dvd-5s and slightly different menus. This review has info on the extras and screen shots:
