Can you guys help me please? (Questions about R1 availability)

Hey you all,

I am interested in several foreign films but am not sure which are currently out in region 1 format and of those that are, which is the best version to get. I am just gonna list several movies and if you guys have info on any of them just let me know please. A few of them (like The Killer and Hard Boiled) have pretty well known releases but are near impossible to get and was wondering what other region 1 versions might be available. I tried to do this myself but it would take a pretty long time for me to make a list of all these. Once again any help is appreciated. Thanks

All of these are available in Hong Kong as all-region NTSC discs that will work in your American DVD player. The Killer and Bullet in the Head are packaged together in a box set called the "John Woo Collection" (review (http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=14510)). With Infernal Affairs, make sure you get the HK copy from Media Asia, not the mainland China release from Zoke Culture.

I believe HKFlix carries all of these.

There's going to be an R1 release of Oldboy in August from Tartan Video.
