FYI: If you place an order right now, don't expect for it to ship as soon as they might tell you up front. They're extremely busy right now with back to school shopping. I ordered a 600m three weeks ago and am still waiting...they notified me last week that it was delayed. Great deals though--and don't forget the free printers you can get with some of the models.

I am sure cause I got an Inspiron 8100 which I got in Malaysia and I am using it in Japan.Transfered the warranty to Dell Japan cause they are selling the same model also, so when my HDD got damaged they gave me a new one.You just have to make sure they have the same model sold there,thats why I cannot get the XPS models cause they are only sold in USA.
