Nice... Recher Theatre. I assume that's the one in Towson, right?
Go there before the show and walk around, asking if anyone has tickets. If no one has extra tickets, come back and hour later, once the show has started. Ask if you can get in. You may need to tip and/or act like you didn't know it was sold out.
#s 1 and 3 have worked for me.

Yes, wait by the will-call window in case someone has an extra ticket...you'd be surprised how many times this happens at every concert. I've tried getting in by offering money to the ticket guy and that has never worked (I'm not hot enough, hahah). Also, this is a longshot, but see if your local corporate and college radio stations are giving away tickets to this show, that might work as well.

I was picking up a pass at the Brian Wilson "Smile" show a few hours before the show and the woman in front of me was buying a ticket. They told her they had row 4, center. She was shocked and grabbed a ticket.
The band members had turned in their extras tickets they hadn't given away. Try hanging out at Will Call and ask them to yell at you if some tickets are turned in.

Walk around the parking lot as well. Sometimes people there need to sell a ticket, usually for face value. I've done it a couple of times.
There's always the people who 'need tickets' on the road as you drive up. I'll do my best to avoid those guys, but I have done it once in the past.

Yeah my friend only had to give a hand job to the security guard at Hammerstein to get into Nine Inch Nails.

Find the nerdiest looking guys in line. Tell them that you are the ticket inspector and have to inspect their tickets. Once they give them to you, roshambo them and run like hell.
