(I think that was just bulk orders that were rejected.... for mass ebay sale, etc... I "think" you might be able to order a single jersey. ... but maybe they did block the name altogether..... and it might just be NFL.com than blocked it? Not sure on all the details).

Correct. You can't order a "MEXICO" # 7 Falcons Jersey from NFL Shop, because the site won't allow that name when you try to enter it. I went ahead and tried "R.MEXICO" and the order went through. I'll post pics when I receive it.
