Question for anime fans...
I am a huge Lupin III fan and I own the first couple of volumes of the tv series and some of the movies. There have been too many releases for me to keep up. Anyways, my question is will there ever be box sets of the tv series, like season sets or multivolume boxes? I would hate to buy all of the current volumes individually only to see a box released.

I think it all depends on the distributor.
Some will eventually release a complete series box set where as others will not.
Check the current catalog of the distributor's other anime titles to see if they do release box sets and that may give you a clue.

Genon does release box sets. Considering there are at least ten volumes I would imagine they would release multiple box sets but I haven't been able to find anything about a box set in the works.

Maybe, maybe not. Geneon's box sets tend not to be much (if any) cheaper than the individual releases anyway, so don't expect major savings if and when they do release sets. I'd say you're probably better off just getting the individual discs.
