Here's the new teaser for RE5 on...PS3. Not sure what else.

Looks great to me...great to see zombies back in action, and the graphics look superb. And after how great RE4 was, this I cannot wait for...I just hope it's not years before it comes out.

looks cool! I think I had more fun with Res 4 than any other game last year so this is high on my list of games I am looking forward too.

Newer RE4 play style with a "Resident Evil old school theme" would be pretty cool. I also hope they make it a little less "arcade-style". RE4 was fun, but after playing RE2 again recently it reminded me of the jumps and scares the newer RE games don't really have.

rad trailer. I hope they keep the RE4 style, I loved it. this game will be one of the reasons why I will pick up a 360.

Hell, yeah! I bought a GC solely for the RE games (exclusive at the time). Hopefully we won't be waiting as long for RE5 as we did for RE4.

Thanks for the link, that was sick! But, who the hell are you playing as? DAMN YOU CAPCOM  I loved RE 4 and I hope this new game brings about the older feel from 1 & 2 while keeping the gameplay fresh and interesting. I hope this game goes multi platform, but somehow I doubt it.

The plan is, it seems for it to come out on PS3 and 360. Revolution seems to not be in the equation at the moment. But two out of three ain't bad.

As for who that is...perhaps Chris Redfield?

I think that is Chris Redfield in the movie. Looks awesome! Even though its all cinemas(real time cinemasit looks like) RE4 is my game of the year, still haven't played a game with such a high calibur since. I don't think they have announced the Revolution version because its the system that is the furthest away, and well there aren't any dev kits for it either so how can they possibly show anything for it.

Looking at it again, yeah it does look a lot like Chris. I like what I see so far and I just hope that Capcom keeps that same atmosphere in the final product of the game, RE 4 went through four revisions before the final scenario was decided. Im wondering though if the games mythos will carry over from RE4 RE 4 pretty much put the Umbrella Corp. under for good. Still very excited for this title even if it isnt Revolution bound.

But RE4 made indications of Umbrella working its way back, along with Wesker being back in the equation and helping that along. I imagine we'll see a closer telling of the story of Umbrella in the next one, but with the RE4 story worked into it, as they left off with Wesker with the las plagas syrum.

Who knows, all I know is I'd like to shoot some zombies, with RE4 gameplay.

So we'll be seeing the Dawn of the Dead 2005 crazy fast zombies eh? That'll certainly raise the "holy fucking shit!" quotient of wetting myself while playing.

I see this is now listed as a launch title for the 360. It seems Capcom is further along with development on this than I thought they would've been.
