It's Free. Just sign up on their website. It actually comes in handy. I first signed up because I really wanted the MS Internet mouse that they had for super cheap but of course the B&M is out of them. Someone suggested I sign up for the rewards program and order it online with free shipping. It worked and I got my mouse for the same price in store with free shipping.

I had no problems with free shipping after signing up. Make sure you put your Cust. # that you got for signing up, in your saved preference/account info.

Hmm. Free shipping is not working for me. I got a Rewards ID number and put it in my account profile, but then when I go to checkout the $7.95 shipping still appears.

You have to sign up, but it is not activated for a week. You have to place your order, then call 800-333-3330 and they'll supposedly refund the shipping.

Mmm. I was having trouble with the site. Free shipping showed up, but maybe that was because the mouse was originally $59 before discounts. Anyway, I place order and get a confimation page, no order # or details at all, yet it says submitted. I check my order history and nothing is there. :( I used a different coupon(one time use) and I tried to re-place my order and it says I already used it.

Had to call and get it re-ordered to use the coupon.

When I try and place another order with the coupon above, it is showing the $7 shipping as well.
