Ok, I'm looking for a new credit card....basically looking for this:
- A 0% balance transfer (I want to transfer a balance so I can pay it off easier)
- Longest intro 0% time would be the best
- Low APR just in case I don't pay off the full amount.
- No annual fees or balance transfer fee
Thanks!

Thanks...didn't see THAT many great deals there....a lot seem old.
- Discover has 0% for 15 months it appears, but a 3.99% on balance transfers for the life of the account
- Citi appears to have 12 months 0% APR (I already have 1 Citicard though...can you have two?)
Any more? Basically looking for a balance transfer card

I have a Citi account that has 1.9 for life. I read that Discover and MBNA have 0 for life but you have to make a few purchases a month and the do not seem to have to offer it to you. I would think you could have more than one Citi card however I would not think they would let you transfer the balance.

Well, I have two cards right now....I wanted to transfer a Bankone/Chase (they merged) to another. I have a Citicard, but it's a $0 balance. Do you think I could transfer my bankone to a NEW citicard?
I may wait for the 0% for LIFE one again. I think I got one in the mail, but I usually just toss them aside. I figure I can get gas twice a month on the card to meet the requirements.

I would think you could if it is chase to Citi. I have 3 cards with Chase now one with Citi and Amex Costco and 2 with Discover. The Cit offer on my current account says I can have the money put into my checking with no fee and still get the 1.9 seems like a good deal. The O% for life seem like a pain in the ass to keep up with.

Read the fine print on that one carefully. For the 0%-for-life Discover deal that came through the boards a while ago, the 0% only applied to the balance transfer, for as long as it took for you to pay it off. The new monthly purchases you are required to make will then accrue interest, as all payments you make are applied to the balance transfer until it is paid.
This can still be a good deal compared to others, depending on your balance and how long you'll need to pay it off. But you'll definitely want to keep your new purchases to the bare minimum, once a month for as small a purchase as possible (which certainly ISN'T gas these days!).

Thanks...I actually got a Discover card offer 0% LIFE in the mail yesterday. I'll check into it a bit more and look at other cards also.
I guess 0% for 12 months is the BEST for a balance transfer these days, right?

Ok, anything NEW out there....I have yet to get a new card. I'm looking for a long 0% APR and no fees. The LIFE deals seems to have too many loopholes.

Chase has been sending me offers 3 times a week for a Visa with 0% APR for 15 months on transfers and a 7.99% APR with no fee. I finally applied the other day...waiting for a response.

Thanks....I'll have to look for that too. I always seem to get offers in the mail, haven't looked too closely
*EDIT*
Doesn't look like it's online....hopefully they send me soemthing soon. I seem to get an average of 3 credit card offers a week at home...
