Artist with the Most Side Projects / Names?

You know how there's always artists with lots of side projects, or they keep changing their band and/or name? Let's talk about them.

I'll start with some obvious ones.

Will Oldham:
Palace
Palace Songs
Palace Brothers
Bonnie "Prince" Billy

Prince Paul
Prince Paul
De La Soul
Gravediggaz
Handsome Boy Modeling School

and maybe the winner...?

Lou Barlow
Deep Wound
Dinosaur Jr.
Sebadoh
Sentridoh
Folk Implosion
Deluxx Folk Implosion
Lou Barlow

Wow I did not know Barlow was in Dinosaur Jr, I love Sebadoh and always dismissed DJ as rather fluff.

Mike Patton
Mike Patton
Faith No More (Technically still together)
Mr. Bungle
Fantomas
Tomahawk
Lovage
Peeping Tom

Prince:
Prince & the Revolution (Purple Rain, Around The World In A Day and Parade)
Prince & the N.P.G. (Diamonds and Pearls)
Prince & the New Power Generation (o+>)
N.P.G. (Gold *****)
New Power Generation (New Power Soul)
and Prince himself released several albums under his name alone or the symbol: o+>

his side projects:
The Time
Sheila E.
The Family
Madhouse
Ingrid Chavez
Jill Jones
Vanity 6
Apollonia 6
Mayte
Carmen Electra
Eric Leeds

and depending on your definition of "side projects", he's written/produced a ton of songs for other artists, if not the entire albums, like Candy Dulfer, Martika, Rosie Gaines, Taja Sevelle, Dale Bozzio, The Bangles, etc.

Dave Grohl is of course the frontman for Foo Fighters, but has did the drums for other groups, and actually played as part of the band with a few, and had his Probot project as well.

Hasn't Prince Paul also been involved with Deltron 3030, Lovage, and Gorillaz (unless I'm thinking of Dan the Automator)?

I'm pretty sure John Zorn or Bill Laswell should be the winners here...

Dinosaur Jr, fluff? Are you fucking kidding me? "You're Living All Over Me" and "Bug" are late-80's classics!

Never listened to them in the SST days. I got a SST demo tape and it had a couple of Dinosaur (pre-Jr lawsuit) and I was not knowcked out by them, so I never listened to their stuff. Then of course is the fluff 90s', Feel the Pain exempolifies their stuff to me. Maybe I need to check out their SST collection.
