come to think of it, I called the RZ about a month ago and told them that I had moved and wanted my certificated to go there. they told me that the address change I had done online the day before had gone through and the following week I was going to get $15 certificate. that was about 3 or 4 weeks ago. :(
by the way, everyone else here seemed to have their RZ extended for free except me (and you). what gives?

I got a coupon for double points up to $500 (50,000 bonus points) instead.
I got that e-mail too....looks like I'd rather spend $25 and get more points :)

If I'm doing the math right...
- IF you don't have points expire (like I had 10,000 on Jan 30th :( ), and
- IF you use your certificates before they expire
This is like having a "$3.33 off purchase of $25 or greater" coupon, right?
I'm not complaining per se, just checking the math.

Ummm, not sure what your match is....lets say you buy something for $25
- You SHOULd get 12,500 for that purchase (since it says BONUS points)
You still need 2,500 more points for a $5 certificate. It's worth it....it's FREE points (if you have something to buy there)

Mine expires end of July and I got the 30k one too, renewed on Wednesday. Not sure if it's coincidence but I bought a $200 scanner a few weeks back and didn't renew when they asked. I wonder if that sparked the coupon.

No -- says so on the coupon fine print -- the double points one says can not be used with other bonus or points based offer. Yep, 2 transactions in order to use. Anyway, the 10,000 bonus is best for any purchase under $100 to get most out of it. Anything over $100 would to best for the double points since then getting more than 10,000 points as a bonus.

It's probably too late to do anything now, but I used the coupon and got the double bonus in one transaction. Just checked myrewardzone status, and both bonuses came through fine.

Usually get certificates 4-6 weeks after the qualifying purchase.
BTW just got my RZ card renewed for free by BB... are they even going to try to chage people for renewal this year ???

they sent me a renewal letter back in may and i just threw it out. next thing i know, i received a letter in the mail about a month later stating that they renewed my membership for a year at no cost. attached to the letter was a coupon for double points as well.

I paid for mine. :( I don't think I've ever received an e-mail from them - maybe I should check and see which address they have. Anyway, I had been declining renewal offers for months in hopes of getting it comped, but my membership was set to expire at the end of July while I was going to be on vacation (and not near a BB), so I went ahead and renewed before I left.
