Yes, it was used for both the Season 1 and 2 sets and, according the reviewer over at TVShowsOnDVD, the "R&B" watermark is present in the single-disc "Best of" collections as well.

Thanks for the heads up, despite the water markings, I still think these sets have been one of the best values on TV on DVD released.

Did this ship yet for anyone that ordered? It lists it as in stock on the site, but it has been a week since its official release and mine hasn't shipped yet because it says it is backordered.

Best value at $30 for a season set that is watermarked?! I disagree. They claimed that the reason for the watermark was to prevent bootlegging which cuts into revenue. So now that there are no bootlegs, why the high price?

The set isn't $30 normally, the first two seasons can be easily found for $18 each and the second season is four double sided discs worth of shows. That is a bargin even with the logo.

Perhaps there are no bootlegs because the watermarks are on the DVD's?

Honestly, these season sets are terrific. I paid $26 each on the first two seasons, which is great considering how much effort was put into restoration and remastering. It's worth having the bug for a few seconds in exchange for having clean and colorful masters.
