So you want to buy an NES?

Here's an NES that (claims) has never been used:

That won't get any bids. Now if it was sealed, they'd likely roll in the money.

I have one from a garage sale a year ago that is mint + complete. Box looks like it was never touched (in fact, it looks better than the box in that auction). Got it plus a complete mint SMB3, Tecmo Bowl, and Top Gun II for $7.

Does that sticker say it includes a 3 game cartridge including Super Mario World? That doesn't make much sense.

I can beat ya...
About 2 weeks ago, I found a NES in the box (and even in the baggies) w/ light gun (red), SMB 3 in box, Wheel of Fortune featuring Vanna White in box, and Burgertime for $3...

I bought a new-in-box Super NES last year for $30. It was beautiful.

Wow, reserve not met at over $10,000? Having nearly every NES game would be cool and everything, but that's almost an average of $15 a game! And who knows what the shipping would come to. I think I'll just stick with emulation.

Looks like the Penny Arcade guys bought it and are giving it away in their Omeganaught competition at PAX this year.

I saw that, and figured "If I am spending over $10,000 on video games, the ass better be thrown in for free. Hell, after spending that much on video games, I probably won't even have time for ass."
