What to do with extra satellite receivers...
Hey all,
I had Dish Network for a year, and when the promo was up, i got cable. Now i have 2 perfectly good Dish Network receivers collection dust. I was gonna just pitch 'em -- but remember seeing an ad in the Detroit paper of people paying cash for these units. Shoot, even $10 a pop would be fine... Anyone know of places that would buy these? Seems like a waste too... Oh yea, there's also that ugly dish on roof still...haha
Thanks,
Matt

Are they standard receivers? Are the the DVR models? You should be able to sell them - no matter what type - on ebay w/ the card for a decent price. The DVR's are worth quite a bit...

Yeah, people pay decent money for these on ebay. The going rate is $30 - $400 depending on the model. What model(s) are you trying to unload? (I'd like to buy one myself, if the price is right.)
