I passed out for a few seconds twice today due to dehydration and a viral infection. I had been sick since Friday. Playing basketball for about 2 1/2 hours non-stop Friday evening probably didnt help (along with one small bottle of Gatorade). All Saturday I stayed in bed drinking OJ cuz I thought I had a cold. Sunday morning I try to get up and help my mom with something and pass out twice. The second time I fall, I bust my eye open on on some metal and jacked my shoulder up. Ive got a long way down to fall (6 feet 3 inches) with alot of weight (235 lbs). Four stiches and a bruised shoulder because I dont like water. So the moral of the story is: Drink lots of water, especially in these summer months.

Ouch!

Try putting some lemon juice in your water if you don't like it plain! I hope you'll feel better tomorrow.

There's a lot of smog here in Montreal and the heat is hitting us hard too (not to mention the Grand Prix Stink-O-Death caused by Schumacher and Co), so they're saying that people should stay out of the sun, should not play sports and should drink lots of water.

I don't wanna! You're not my real father anyway! [crosses arms and slouches down in chair]

I prefer the taste of premium bottled water over that of the tap.

if you're doing a lot of physical activity, you should drink gatorade in addition to water.

I gotta get some Motrin 800s in the next few days. I have a recurring ear problem that has decided to join in the "fun". Sleep would be nice but oh well. Im just glad when I fell I didnt go down the stairs as I was close to them. These minor things are just nagging but it wouldve been much worse if I fell face first down some stairs. :)

I shall do nothing but lay prone, and drink water. If I get in trouble, I'll just say 'Pressplay told me to. I'm only doing what I'm told.'

Thank you.

Speaking of knowing better...

It should read, "As an active person you should have known better."

:p

(been noticing this writing of the verbal version which would be a contraction of should have AKA should've.) Hope this helps. :)

Sparkling water. That I can drink. I only drink the tap water around here for the minerals.

Yep. I noticed that The Bus also corrected it a few minutes after I did. Interesting.
