The Dukes of Hazzard comes to mind, but for the opposite reason.
When I was a kid, I found the show to be too simplistic and corny in nature. But now as an adult, I realize that the show is a complex portrayal of the life of a 'good ol' boy' and the multifarious runins with the law that ensue.

For myself, I bought Get a Life vol 1 a couple years ago, watched two episodes and sold it. The Young Ones is still pretty funny to me, but not nearly as great as I remembered from MTV.

Ren & Stimpy is a very good example. Granted, I was in college when it first started.
Frankly, I still like most of the shows I liked as a kid - great nostalgia.

I'd say shows like Diff'rent Strokes, Mr. Belvidere, Silver Spoons, Benson, Who's the Boss?, and others like it would be difficult to watch these days, not really due to the cheese factor, but due to them being dated by either the topics of the scripts, or the technology levels of the day.
The TV shows that I tend to buy on DVD are generally those that don't have datable technologies. Most are sci-fi and the others are fantasy based, such as Hercules, Xena, Beastmaster, etc.
The only show that I have that could possibly become dated is Highlander. I guess 24 could also become dated, but not for a long time. I mean how much more sophisticated can you get with GPS technology?

Knight Rider.
I stumbled upon an episode on the Sci-fi channel and was disgusted how stupid and shallow the show is.
"Magnum P.I." is still the only show i watched as a kid that i still like. (Damn A&E for taking it off thier afternoon lineup)

the two shows i used to watch but now i can't believe i watched them... number 1 and most of all "full house" i mainly watched that because my guardian put it on and i had no control over the television but holy god i don't like that show.
then inspector gadget and scooby doo... i can't get into those any longer although i loved schooby when i was younger especially.

The only one I can think of is Full House. Watching it now...meh. For the most part though, cheesy shows from my youth still hold up to current viewings. I get inexplicably giddy whenever I catch an episode of CHiPs or Saved by the Bell on TV. For some reason, though, I just can't derive that same enjoyment out of Full House. I think it's the god-awful laugh track that drives home the fact that the jokes are lame. Otherwise, it might not be to grating...

I used to love A-Team and Dukes of Hazzard, but haven't bought them on DVD. Just figure they wouldn't interest me anymore.
But I did go and buy Knight Rider, S1 and S2. I have problems with it from the vantage of my 33-year-old eyes, and I notice its flaws like I never did back in the 80s, but I can still enjoy it.
There are probably tons of sitcoms I used to watch regularly that I would never consider buying, and I've probably forgotten half of them.
Part of me still wants to have at least one season of A-Team, just for the mindless action, nostalgia and the unforgettable characters.

CAPTAIN NICE and MR. TERRIFIC. Seasons 2 and 3 of LOST IN SPACE are a little hard to take but I can force myself. Same with the saturday morning stuff like SPACE GHOST, HERCULOIDS,BIRD MAN. JONNY QUEST still rocks!

Yeah, it's true that some episodes were pure '70s cheese, but for the most part, the Cylon episodes were good. Shame they kept using recycled stock footage for a lot of the space battles.
