What's your most rare or hard to find DVD in your collection?
I only have 2 and that's the And1 Mixtape Vol. 1-4: Collector's Edition and Entertainer's Basketball Classic at Rucker Park. Those 2 dvds are very hard to find especially the And1 I don't even think people are selling it on ebay anymore.

I can only think of 2 of mine that are a little rare, one more than the other.
I own the Battle Royale Limited Edition R2 PAL Tin:
It's OOP and can be hard to find. It has 2 Discs, a little book about the movie, a movie card and a limited edition Film cell inside the tin.
The other isn't OOP but is somewhat rare here, The Region 3 Japanese "Uncut, Full Strength" Kill Bill Vol. 1 & 2 boxset. There are bootlegs on ebay but this is the legit version:
I got tired of waiting for a SE in the U.S. so I just got the R3 "Uncut" version, very nice little set.

I've got quite a few "rare" ones, I guess. These include:
Over half of the OOP Criterions (Dead Ringers, Sid & Nancy, Hard Boiled, This is Spinal Tap, Robocop, Bank Dick, Silence of the Lambs, Flesh for Frankenstein, Blood for Dracula, Notorious, Spellbound, Rebecca & Straw Dogs)
All the WD Treasures (the animated ones out of the first wave are pretty costly now)
Probably the most expensive I have though, is the Tool: Salival set. It's not really the rarest, but it seems to be pretty sought after on the secondary market.

I also have the Army of Darkness edition that Shannon Nutt has, but it's autographed by Mr. Campbell himself.
Outside of that....I'm not really sure on what DVDs are rare or hard to find, but I do have the Ultimate Toy Box set, and the Oldboy Ultimate Edition

I dunno......I have the KB uncut set that M Polo mentioned, the Toy Story box set, the complete Bond set, some Criterions, but with the internet and companies rereleasing title after title I don't think anything on DVD is truly 'rare' these days, and as far as hard to find goes, you can usually find what you're looking for in a few months rather than years, which isn't unheard of at all in lots of genres, books, records, toys.......DVDs may be OOP but they're still findable in alot of places such as ebay, online sellers, even small stores with old stock. Rare in the DVD field tends to just mean worth/ cost more money until the title is rereleased, which will definitely be the case with the Bond collection, or the KB uncut set once it gets a domestic release.
