Or...My Treasure/ Mon trésor by the Israeli director Keren Yedaya has generated some impressive reviews so far. Mon Tresor was voted the European Discovery of the Year (2004) and during the Cannes Film Festival the film won some of the most prestigious awards: Crticis Week Grand Prize, Golden Palm, Screenwriting Award, Young Critics Award, etc.
The film retells the tragic story of a mother and her daughter trying to make ends meet by struggling on the road of prostitution. Full review here:
