DVD Talk review of 'Make Your Own Damn Movie DVD Box Set'

I read Bill Gibron's DVD review of Make Your Own Damn Movie DVD Box Set at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=16017 and... I was wondering if I would like it. I am an aspiring filmmaker and because of that, the set sounded excellent. On the other hand, I have never seen any of Troma's films, so the Citizen Toxie and Terror Firmer docs would make no sense to me because of that. I have added Toxic Avenger, Citizen Toxie, and Terror Firmer to the top of my Netflix queue, so that will help. So, here's my question: Could you reccomend this box set to me?

i would reccomend the book of the same name and checking out those netflix titles before investing in the set. Troma has done some great stuff, but it can be terribly offensive to some people. Its not the french new wave type of film school....but its fun just the same.
