Best Animation Featurette?

Hey I don't know if this has been discussed before but, which animated movie/tv series/anime DVD has the best and most extensive documentary/featurette on how "non computerized" animation works. It still amazes me. If you could help I'd really appreciate it.....*If there is an actual documentary I could get from the library, or perhaps buy, that would also be cool...If this was a repost (i searched) please give me a link to the thread and don't make fun of me.

But it's more fun to make fun of ya

Well, the Disney classics always have some sort of featurette on the animation. The ones that I remember are Lion King, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Bambi and Fantasia Anthology.

Snow White had some great documentaries on the aspect changing contraption that gave the animation depth, it was really cool IMO... that's my vote!
