You have to love conan o'brien

for he has converted far more foolscreeners than any of us could.

for those of you who have missed conan the last week, it's now in HD.
that also means it is in in 16x9 obviously. conan is great and at the same time hilarious at showing what we're missing from 4x3 to 16x9

http://www.nbc.com/Late_Night_with_Conan_O'Brien/index.shtml

it's on the left.
you need WMP 9 to view it.

I'm still sure there will be many who want their film to fill up the whole screen. In my opinion, I couldn't care less how they want their films. I want it WS and I'll get it that way.

Although I love WS movies, I still feel weird watching him with the black bars. I also don't feel like I am seeing anymore.

Agreed. There's some screen caps of him posted on another forum, which show he isn't again quite so well....

It's not widescreen that's important it's OAR. The clips are pretty funny.

What's odd is that he has had HD cameras in his studio for a while. Or at least, I thought he did --- I saw him live spring of 2003. Can anyone confirm/deny?

Would it have been too much trouble to put URL tags around your link?

Huh? That just doesn't make sense. You said you love WS movies, so you obviously know the benefits of WS, but then you say watching a TV in WS (with black bars) you're not seeing more picture. That's just

They're airing the re-runs (the Monday specials) in 16x9, maybe the've been using them, but not broadcasting?
