On and On is the single --- Pitchfork had this to say:

"The once-flawless Neptunes now seem to bang hardest when introducing odd, alluring new sounds into the pop lexicon. Chad and Pharrell had booty chicks clucking their tongues like toddlers in the "Drop It Like It's Hot" video, and now the duo break into their neighbor's toolshed and surface with what seems to be a nimble musical handsaw. You know, the goofy, kid-pleasing noise a pliable piece of metal makes when popped back and forthŃthese guys have it on lock. The bendy-bounce immediately offers a sense of playful freshness, and it's a joy to hear hip-hop's divafied aural adventurer once again thriving on the originality of it all.

Missy cranks up the sass, stuffing a whole pack of Bubblicious into her mouth and bursting bubbles all over chump MCs like a 21st century Roxanne Shanté. The grind-ding junkyard-dog drums clang and the diabolical Dark Side bass slithers as Ms. Misdemeanor reigns with insta-quotable verses that put most other rappers' hooks to shame. Pharrell wisely takes a back-seat here, just grunting and huffing on the hook as Missy gets the scratch-down treatment, her just-uttered boasts cut and severed on their way to hip-hop heaven. This is what subwoofers (and handsaws, apparently) were invented for. Cherish it."

Not on iTunes yet...

BTW, nice to see Tweet come back.
