8 Simple Rules Season Finale on Fri. 4/15?
did anyone see this? it either didn't air here in Detroit or it was bumped to another time it seems(some other program was listed at 8:00 in my guide) and my tivo never picked up the showing. if anyone saw this could you please give me a little recap? thank you.

After C.J. discovers that Cate may be starting a clandestine relationship with Principal Gibb, he blabs it to Bridget. An angry Cate gets even by having Gibb put C.J. in charge of the detention of students on Ditch Day, and C.J. gets even by detaining Bridget. Meanwhile, because she is stuck in detention and can't complete the ditch day prank herself, Bridget convinces Kerry and Rory to steal the rival school's mascot. Nicole Richie ("The Simple Life") guest stars as one of Bridget's fellow detainees.

I didn't realize this was the season finale.
If so, there is a bit of a cliffhanger. Cate finally came clean to her family about dating Principal Gibb. He was out of town at some sort of prinicpal's convention. The show ended with Gibb calling Cate and telling her that he was just offered a great position in New York.
