Any Info on a Region 1 El Cid DVD Release?

Hey gang. I've tried searching through the message archives and even been browsing the 'net, but haven't yet found any information on a DVD release of this incredible old title.

Anyone have any information to give me some hope this disk will be out soon?

It's already out on DVD. You can get it through Amazon. If it's the same one I rented from Netflix, then it's an all-region release, and the picture quality is absolutely terrible. It is widescreen, though.

Never heard an R1 release, but there's one in R3 (or R0?) called Epic Trilogy packed with 55 days in Peking and Fall of the Roman Empire. Don't know the quality.
