Received my e-mail coupon today...Woohoo! I have not bought ANY dvd's since DDD"s last 20% off sale (near Christmas time) and I am going through MAJOR withdrawl. I packed jammed my DDD wish list just hoping and praying for the next 20% off sale. I just wish I knew for sure if we were going to see another 20% off this spring. If not, I would go hog wild with this sale. I will probally buy a few dvd's with this coupon. There are a few of them that I really dont want to wait for. Example: There is a new spaceballs dvd coming out soon with DTS :banana:

How exactly is DDD making you a demon customer? The coupon was supposed to be targeted at customers that haven't purchased from DDD in a while. It wasn't meant for customers who are currently purchasing DVDs from them. Now you may have a legitimate gripe if you were in the targeted group but didn't get a coupon. However if DDD thinks the promotion was successful they may decide to issue coupons to other customers that haven't made any recent purchases the next time. And to my recollection they are so far running 20% sales twice a year, and other promotions that are open to everyone else. That really doesn't appear to be demonizing any customers to me.

Demon (sorry, devil) customers reference meant as in they are picking and choosing who they give discounts too (or random as it seems) and yes, I havent ordered from them in a while, and would if they did more promotions, probably. Brett asked if he could get a code, and they say they dont have access to them....that is weak. I would be willing to order 130 plus worth of stuff, but am holding out to see if I can get a code.....might even wait until the next big 20%er that you mentioned, even, if I cant get one.

Did you try clearing your cookies and history files? If that doesn't work try using a different browser other than IE.

Log off and then put the items back into your cart. Afterwards, the coupon code box will be on the shopping cart page. Enter the code and then finally log in. You should be good to go. I hope that this helps.

Thanks, PhilAre you logged out of your DDD account? If not, make sure you are, then the coupon code box will appear below the shipping option buttons in your shopping cart. Apply the code, then log in.

I have gladly given away Madden and BB coupons not even asking for the cost of the stamp. Obviously that effort is not always reciprocal.

How long did it take for you to receive the confirmation number email? I got the first email when I placed the order over 24 hours ago but none since and my order status still does not show this order. I dont remeber it taking this long before for both unless there is a problem someplace, like they lost it.

It took maybe two hours between both emails total.

Received my e-mail coupon today...Woohoo! I have not bought ANY dvd's since DDD"s last 20% off sale (near Christmas time) and I am going through MAJOR withdrawl. I packed jammed my DDD wish list just hoping and praying for the next 20% off sale. I just wish I knew for sure if we were going to see another 20% off this spring. If not, I would go hog wild with this sale. I will probally buy a few dvd's with this coupon. There are a few of them that I really dont want to wait for. Example: There is a new spaceballs dvd coming out soon with DTS :banana:

Are there any fellow PSP owners out there that kinda wish DDD would sell those UMD movies too?

Just a follow up, for any fellow PSP owners out there, they DO have umd movies. Just do a search for UMD and you get a few pages worth of results, including a bunch of preorders.
