With the UFC attracting a lot of new fans I thought this was a great deal to feed your need. DeepDiscountDVD.com has a 2 pack on preorder (shipped in June) for only $13.16. The shows feature Chuck Liddell vs. Randy Couture (the rematch happens this Saturday on PPV) and Randy Couture vs. Tito Ortiz.

I caught the UFC season finale and was really impressed with the fights.

How can two fights need 2 discs? Each fight has three 5 minute rounds for a total of 15 minutes. If you add in intro and background stories, I can't see why it would need 2 discs.

much thanks. I added it to my wish list and will pick it up during DDD.com's next 20% off sale in June. Hopefully it won't be a pre-order anymore if and when DDD.com runs the sale again.

Randy Couture is a freaking beast. He's unstoppable.

I'm sorry...they're two different shows. The DVDs have plenty of other matches, I just listed the main events.

If anyone didn't watch the Ultimate Fighter finale...you can catch it tonight at around 11:05 p.m. on Spike TV. The Bonner vs. Griffin match was incredible and worth going out of your way to see...that comes on a little after midnight.

There's only 3 matches and plenty of video packages...the show runs 2 1/2 hours...anyone who's curious about UFC should record the show tonight. Enjoy! :)

anyone who was impressed by the Ultimate Fighter finale should definitely pick this two pack up. Both events are excellent, and a steal at that price.

and just as a reminder, UFC 51 comes to dvd on May 3rd.

many thanks casey b. haven't seen either of these. it'll be awhile till they are released, but from what i've heard about both the main events it is definitely worth the wait.

the ultimate fghter finale went so much better than anyone could possibly have expected. the light heavyweight match is not to be missed. one of the best matches i've ever seen from two guys who really rise to the occassion. they are every bit deserving of the accolades they have received. i watched the whole ultimate fighter series and the way everything played out in the finale is arguably the best thing to happen to the ufc since royce gracie publicity-wise.
