Russian flick: The Rider Named Death ?

Just watched the trailer at Quicktime.com and I'm wondering -- is this a re-release/US release of a much older (Soviet?) film or is it a recent Russian film? It appears to be 1.33:1 and the film type/subtitles look pretty old, but I'm not seeing any mention of it in IMDB at all. I even looked up the lead actor: Andrei Panin -- and I don't see it in his filmography.

Anyone have details? It appears to be set during the Russian Revolution. Possibly pretty interesting.
