I agree with all those and would add trading Dante Bichette for Dave Parker to that list.
I was going to add in Jim Edmonds too but that trade wasn't a total waste. We did get AK who hit those big 3 HR's in Game 5 of the ALCS vs. the Twins. Bottenfield was a waste though. :D

When the Braves traded Dale Murphy I was crushed. So angry. Yeah, it paved the way to their current run of division titles but I was still very upset when it happened.
In hindsight, the Chargers drafting Ryan Leaf would be tops, but at the time I thought it was a good move.

Yeah, he did sign a one-day contract for the purposes of retiring a Cowboy.
Mine:
Boston Red Sox:
- Burning the Clemens bridge
- Allowing the day to come when Wade Boggs could ride a fucking horse around the Terlet.
- Actually, any Dan Duquette move that didn't involve Manny, Pedro, or Damon (seriously, it seems like every quality major leaguer was in the Red Sox organization at one time or another, dealt away for shit)
- Note: Most of the above has been forgiven. :D
Houston Astros:
- The bullpen struggles.
- FA getaways
New Orleans Saints:
- Should I just list the moves that didn't piss me off instead?
- The Randy Mueller firing = One of the worst exec firings in pro sports over the last few years, Ricky Williams be damned.
- Tom Benson = penny pinching son of a bitch. Not firing Haslett because he didn't want to pay off his contract? Fuck you.
- This space reserved for not locking up Deuce McAllister this season to a long term deal.
- Refusing to have a quality back-up to pressure Aaron Brooks into not fumbling, making stupid mistakes, using his sticks once in a while, etc.
- Steve Walsh's "spike"
- Jim Mora's prevent defense in the 3rd quarter.
Mississippi State Football:
- The never-ending Jackie Sherrill experiment. Only the Saints could stick with an ineffective coach the way the Dawgs did through some of the most horrific seasons imaginable.

In my sad little world he never should have worn a Cards jersey (which he and the team share the blame for).
Why couldn't the Cowboys focus the rebuild on the offense (to start) and have Emmitt run up the career yards until he was out of gas.
He should have been the starter for a few more year with the carries per game on a planned decline as warranted.

Philadelphia Eagles
-Coach Buddy Ryan's insistence that special teams and every offensive player except for Randall Cunningham are useless (leading to ~5 years with the most feared defense in the league, with no playoff wins to show for it)
-Related to the above: Letting Chris Carter go because "He's no good ... all he does is catch touchdowns".
-Doing complete laydowns to the Buccaneers and Panthers in the NFC Championship game after owning them in the regular season.
Phillies
-#1 with a bullet: Years of having ownership tell the fans they can't afford player salaries because Philadelphia is a small market team. Small market?!?! Philadelphia is one of the largest markets in the country -- the owners were just out-right lying!
-Ryne Sandberg for Ivan DeJesus.
-Mitch Williams' inability to throw strikes in the 93 Series
76ers
-Trading Charles Barkley
-Trading the #1 draft pick for Roy Hinson (if you have to ask "who?", well that was the problem)
And here's a good collective one for all Philadelphia professional sports teams: The failure to win a single title in any sport for 22 years (and counting)!

I didn't hear they had renamed that old bridge after Rodger.....
Fortunately, not many. Allowing Matt Williams to continue to play as long as he did sort of made me mad. I wasn't ever a fan of him.
Also, getting rid of Bob Brenly for the way that the team was playing last year was sort of a shame. Despite what people say, I think he was a good manager and didn't deserve to leave how he did.
The Schilling trade was sort of one-sided. I would've have liked to have seen them get more talent. But, if Lyon works out in the closer spot well, it may have made it less of a lopsided trade.
Winning the 2001 WS pretty much guaranteed me to be a lifelong fan, through thick and thin.

Yeah, the Magic is like a minor leageue baseball team. Young talent come up through our system, get real good and then go on to other teams to win championships. I'm hoping this time we can at least hold onto Dwight Howard.

Cleveland Browns:

Detroit Pistons:
At the time, I was mad when the Pistons traded Grant Hill to Orlando and Jerry Stackhouse to Washington. Now, I guess there is a reason that Joe Dumars is in the front office and not me! :)
Detroit Tigers:
Not spending enough money to end the losing, but now that they are improving and spending money, I really can't complain too much. Thank god, Juan Gone didn't take that offer a few years ago because I wonder where the Tigers would be today.
Detroit Lions
Not selecting Tom Brady when they had the chance. Who would've thought that a 6th round QB would have 3 Super Bowls by now?
Not spending the money to give Barry the O-line that Emmit had. If he did, I seriously think Barry would have 25,000 yards at least.
Signing Scott Mitchell to that contract after that one great season he had.
Drafting Charlie Batch.
Detroit Red Wings
That fact that they even considered trading The Franchise to the Ottawa Senators pisses me off.
Not scoring more on Patrick Roy in Game 7. :)
To the Philly fan complaining about not winning a world championship in 22 years, how about the fact that a Cleveland franchise hasn't won one since 1955, when the Browns won the NFL championship.

Astros:
-Payroll, Payroll, Payroll. It's big enough to get good people, but not big enough to keep'em. Our farm system has been outstanding...for other teams. The amount of talent that has passed through the system has been amazing, if only we could keep more of them. The lineups and starting pitching have been absolutely crazy over the years, but every year they lose important people, and (almost) every year they gain new people from the farm/FA's for other teams to poach.
-Firing Larry Deirker for Jimy Williams. What I said at the time: Dierker had won 4 out of 5 division titles (or maybe 3/4, can't remember), but couldn't get over the hump in the playoffs. So to fix that they fire him and bring in...the manager of the Red Sox? A team that was (before this year) famous for not doing well in the playoffs? A guy who just got finished choking in the playoffs? I just didn't like his managerial style at all, and was glad when they finally replaced him this year.
Oilers:
-Oh god. Just...no.
Rockets:

-Chan Ho Park (although I was optimistic the first year)
-Letting Chan Ho Park continue to play in 2003. And then again in 2004. And again in 2005. When will this madness end??
-The absolutely shameful way Johnny Oates was made the scapegoat in 2001 after everything he did for the team :(
