The long-awaited thriller Anthony Zimmer starring Sophie Marceau and Yvan Attal (My Wife is an Actress) is set to premiere next week in France. While this production appears strangely reminiscent of the recent AGENTS SECRETS the cast at least in my opinion is more promising.
I was going huh??? How is this premiering next week in France when it's currently playing here. I need to pay more attention to the date on the 1st post.
Yvan Attal played his first role of a spy in "Les patriotes", a very realistic movie and "Munich" is like a continuity of this film for him.
The french edition is not english friendly, original audio in french/hebrew/english, depending on the situations, and I'm not sure
there's a british or US release.

SKDDVD is releasing it later this Spring in the US but I did not post the news because they bastardized Sophie's My Nights are more beautiful than your days.
If it shows up at DVDTALK I would certainly like to review it.

I've seen both French thrillers - Anthony Zimmer and Agents Secrets - and I did like Anthony Zimmer better. The story is more interesting, the action scenes are well-crafted and there's a thrilling atmosphere of deception and betrayal packed in beautiful images and supported by two great lead actors. And did I mention that 40year-old Sophie Marceau still looks very attractive ?!

But "Agents Secrets" maybe intend to show the dull side of a spy life.
I fully agree with you about Sophie Marceau, remember Cannes.

I think the director didn't know what to do between «film d'auteur» and action movie. I was very disapointed
having regard to the great cast, I would rate this movie as «film qu'on peut ne pas voir» (film you may not see). :)

What's wrong with their My Nights are More Beautiful than your Days DVD? I want this on DVD but if the disc is no good...
