Looking for recommendations for movies like: 84 Charing Cross Road & As Time Goes By

I got my mom a netflix subscription for her birthday and she's a big fan of Judi Dench (A Fine Romance) and British comedies and so on. She watches As Time Go By when it's on pbs (or bbc america) and is currently on season 3 through netflix. She asked for some recommendations, but since I'm not big into this sort of thing. So, does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations? thanks
