The Five People You Meet in Heaven - DVD question

I recently read this book and loved it! I hesitated buying the DVD because it is Fullscreen only. Then I looked at the people who produced the DVD: Hallmark Home Video and I wondered if it was a made-for-TV movie. Does anyone know for sure. I'm hoping it is, since the idea of contributing to FS sales numbers makes me ill.

Thank you. It's a shame this wasn't a theatrical release. There are some interesting scenes in the book that didn't make it into the TV movie.

The movie was still a good watch if you were open to it ( I know some people who weren't ). I read the book after and thought the movie was fairly well done compared to the book. You can't get everything, but the movie got the cream of the donut, for sure.
