In case anyone is interested...
The punk trio of Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, and Tre Cool perform songs from their Grammy Award winning album American Idiot. The band also fields questions from a group of devoted fans and tells the stories behind their songs.
Its on tomorrow at 9pm CST

just watched this for the first time last night. awesome.
one thing that gets me though.. i mean, i understand VH1 has to edit out the 'bad words', but i think they went a little overboard.. 'stems and seeds'??? COME ON!
the thing that really baffled me was that they edited the line "Go-carts and guns are treasures they will bear", but a few lines later, "send my love a letterbomb" was A-OK... that's pathetic..
but whatever. fantastic performance. this album hits so close to home with me it's not even funny. can't get enough of it.
