Will Miramax leaving Disney affect their DVD?

Now that Miramax is leaving Disney, will this affect their DVDs in anyway... by this I mean will DVDs like much rumored special ed. of Kill Bill be even further delayed... Will older DVD made under disney go OOP... will they lose thier special features ... do I need to buy Clerks 3 disc dvd now? Or will there be no difference except they will now be allowed to release NC-17 moive (which Disney had prevented them from before)

Miramax isn't leaving Disney... just the Weinstein's are. Disney still owns the studio and all the films it produces.
