Miramax Banners are getting out of hand ...

Over the years I saw these Collector's Edition and Widescreen banners get bigger and bigger on Miramax Titles but this is a little ridiculous, dont you think?

Since the image on DVDAnswers doesn't want to cooperate, I've changed the link to Amazon's page instead.

Click here for Amazon's Image of the new case

The banner across the dead center is classy?

I don't think it looks that bad but then I don't buy a DVD because of the artwork on the cover.

I thought we were talking about the huge banner at the top.
The one in the middle doesn't bother me though.

It's not that bad---even the one in the middle doesn't bother me, becuase it "seperates" the two photos. In any case, it's much better than the ugly banner on the top of the old one:

Yeah, I think the new cover looks good...especially in comparison to the old one.

the new one: why not just paste the banner over his face?
old one: I'll admit I hate those widescreen banners, especially the ones that curve like the BV releases. but do we really need 5+ critics remarks? when half of them are just synonyms?

In a few years, we'll see Taco Bell and Burger King ads on the front covers of DVDs. Or maybe even McDonald's....

No, by then, Taco Bell will have been the only restaurant to win the restaurant wars.

Nice movie reference. Oh, I like the new case better, but Mirimax is a bit large.
