Hey all,
I was playing some 2 player battles this evening using my garage to pick cars from. First of all, in the "garage" view it shows the HP that the car has, then when I choose a car, it shows the car's stock HP. So I thought that it was using the stock version of the cars. When the race started, the cars that had it, still had the NOS bar. So, the question is, what is up with choosing cars from your own garage? Does it use a stock version, the version as is, or some in-between version?
Also, what actually racing, some cars were rediculously low traction... or high power... or something... For example, I have a maxed out Callaway C12, of course I don't know if the game uses the max version or not... see previous question... and the stupid thing burns out all through first and second gear, and halfway through third before finally gripping. And I know that it doesn't due that in GT Mode. What's the deal?
Ok, one more question... the points... do the points unlock tracks, available cars, etc...? Does anyone have a list of what gets unlocked at certain point values? (if that is how it works)
