cool, I have had the great luck to have met him in person twice, once in London after a screening of Miss Julie, and the Washington DC sneak of The Magdelene Sisters (he signed my DVD copy of Orphans). He is the most down to earth actors I have ever met - he's extremely nice and outgoing. If I get a chance and figure how to do it, I'll post the picture of him and me.

That's awesome. I'm jealous. Miss Julie was such an excellent, simple (yet not so simple) film.

I hope Courtney Love gets off the coke and does the Macbeth movie (Miss June) with him. It's still on IMDB...we can only hope.

And I want my dang region 1 of My Name Is Joe !

Hopefully at least a couple of the noirs I've gotten over the last few weeks and haven't had a chance to watch yet. I can take my pick from:

Mildred Pierce
Laura
Call Northside 777
Panic in the Streets
White Heat
He Walks By Night
High Sierra

I think tonight is going to be Laura at least, but we'll see if the studying lets me get in any more.

I've been working my way throught the 2 Marx Brothers set, 1 movie a day.

I bought Love Happy and made a custom cover so that the movie will fit into the set with all their MGM features. Only 2 left to watch!

The first two discs of Farscape: Starburst Edition v.3 or about six hours worth of the best sci-fi show to come along in the past 20 years. Sunday's episode of Deadwood was then watched via Tivo.
