Yet another remake of a 70s low budget Cult classic (for fuck's sake someone please remake Last House on the Left)

I was hesitant with the Assault on Precinct 13 remake and that was decent but the Warriors, there's something magic about the original film. The colorful gangs rocked in the original but would look cheesy in a remake.

Will be interesting to see who they cast for this remake

The colorful gangs rocked in the original but would look cheesy in a remake.

I thought they were pretty cheesy in the origonal, especially the baseball gang. I can't see this movie being remade in anything other than a comedy.

If these gangs existed in the modern days you might as well send em over there to fight Al Qaeda. They would definitely get no respect here.

It's probably gonna wind up as a generic gang film. I doubt they would try to re-create the themed gangs.
